Working Principle Of Wire Winding Machine
The process involves placing the object to be wrapped in the center of the turntable, starting the turntable motor, and naturally rotating the turntable to wrap the object with film. Simultaneously, the lifting motor also starts, causing the entire wrapping machine assembly to move up and down, achieving wrapping along the object's height, thus wrapping the entire surface of the object.
The main tasks during wrapping are adjusting the film tension and threading the film. Generally, the tension of the wrapping film is achieved by adjusting the turntable speed and the motor speed. Understanding that a faster turntable speed and a slower motor speed results in a tighter film, and vice versa, makes the process straightforward.
