Jiangsu Shengjiexier Automation Equipment Co., Ltd.
In 2006, Wuxi Xierwang Machinery Processing Factory was founded, marking the acquisition of its first Shenyang Zhongjie digital-readout boring machine. In 2013, the company partnered with Wuxi Straightening Machine Factory to establish the "Xuelang Brand Straightening Machine Division" and founded Shengjie Xier Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. A major investment in a fleet of machining centers in 2017 signaled a new beginning in intelligent manufacturing. In 2023, the company partnered with Wuxi Hanhua Straightening Machine Co., Ltd., fully assuming the legacy of the Xuelang brand and achieving High-Tech Enterprise status. In 2024, operations relocated to a newly purchased facility in Yixing to facilitate a comprehensive upgrade toward intelligent manufacturing, paving the way for Xuelang brand straightening machines to enter the global market.
Our Factory
Located in the Yixing Industrial Intelligent Manufacturing Zone in Wuxi City, the company enjoys a beautiful environment and convenient transportation, situated near the shores of Taihu Lake and adjacent to the Beijing-Shanghai Expressway.
We offer a comprehensive range of capabilities-including 10kW laser cutting, assembly and welding, CNC boring and milling, horizontal and gantry machining centers, vertical boring and milling, CNC turning, and intelligent heat treatment-supported by approximately 50 units of intelligent processing equipment.
Our core business involves the manufacturing of "Xuelang" brand machinery-such as profile straighteners, cantilever straighteners, round tube straighteners, and bar straighteners-as well as the custom fabrication of complete machines based on client-provided drawings.

Production Equipment
The company has about 50 sets (sets) of various types of intelligent processing equipment, covering the entire process of blanking, welding, machining, heat treatment, and testing. The main equipment includes:
16 CNC planing tables/digital display/floor milling and boring machines, 3 CNC gantry machining centers, 10 vertical machining centers, 24 CNC lathes, 4 CNC sawing machines, 3 radial drilling machines, large 2 high-power laser/flame CNC cutting machines, 9 welding robots and welding machines (sets), 3 box-type quenching/tempering furnaces and mobile material arm forklifts and other heat treatment equipment (sets), and 2 hanging/drum shot blasting machines. The testing equipment is equipped with spectrometer, torque tensile tester, hardness tester, ultrasonic flaw detector, infrared temperature measuring machine, three-dimensional scanner, etc. to ensure processing accuracy and quality control.
