Core Technology Of Steel Wire Winding Machine
Patented technologies related to steel wire winding machines include tension control devices, anti-tangle mechanisms, and high-efficiency winding designs.
The tension control device includes a main shaft, a wire storage wheel, and a tension control mechanism. This mechanism consists of a damping component and a pressure adjustment component. The damping component includes a friction spacer mounted on the main shaft and an arc-shaped friction plate abutting its outer circumference. Through the axial movement and vibration of the friction spacer, different parts of the outer arc surface of the friction plate sequentially contact the friction spacer, expelling micro-chips and preventing steel wire tension fluctuations caused by changes in the friction coefficient.
The anti-tangle mechanism includes a frame, a stepper motor, a support frame, an anti-tangle mechanism, and a quick-connect mechanism. The anti-tangle mechanism utilizes a double-threaded rod to cause the sliding sleeve to reciprocate, and through a connecting sleeve, allows the grooved guide wheel to rotate freely while reciprocating, reducing friction with the steel wire and thus preventing tangle.
The high-efficiency winding design includes a worktable, a housing, a positioning plate, and a feeding device. The winding housing is driven by a drive motor, and in conjunction with the feeding device and positioning structure, the automatic fixing and winding of the steel wire mesh skeleton plastic composite pipe and the joint is achieved, eliminating the need for manual support and reducing labor intensity.
